The ‘Green Batumi’ project, located in Batumi, Georgia and one of the most comprehensive projects of the city; It has been shaped with the concept of functionally processing sustainable architecture. The project, which has a total construction area of 204,000 m²; It was designed as a bridge that connects business life in the city with social life, with the integration of residence, commercial area, office, sports and playground areas and green areas in integration with them.
The green areas on the ground and the floor gardens created in the blocks form integrity and sustainability is ensured between the green areas. The project consists of 7 residential blocks, 3 commercial area blocks and an amusement park. The project includes 3104 residences, 35 stores, a 2000 m² furniture factory and an amusement park with an area of 2500 m².
