TOKİ Social Housing Complex project located in Çatalca district of Istanbul. Homes; Educational buildings, places of worship, restaurants-cafes and green areas, sports and playgrounds were knitted with a functional network, exceeding the standard residential expectation.
There are 46 residential blocks which has total of 650 flats in the neighbourhood that are divided into 4 groups of types which also have sub-categories depending on their inclusiveness of commercial facilities, superintendant-flat, and praying hall. High scholl, secondary school, mosque, sports center and social center are located between residential blocks.
