18.473 m2 housing complex in Trabzon consists of 140 apartments, 15 villas and social areas. The zoning and planning of the project bases on topographical data and viewpoints. The levels are terraced onto the slanted topography in order to sustain the visual connection with the nature and landscape. Whilst two residential blocks are located on the upper levels, the villas with private gardens are spread along the lower skirts in a balanced distance in order to protect visual advantages of the location.
