The bulk of the building is withdrawn from Kubilay Street in order to reduce the effect of the linear residential property located on nearby. In this positioning, courtyards were created which consisted of flowing level differences constantly interacting with the semi-open areas on the ground floor of the building. Commercial units opened to these courtyards are designed to be used by the people of the region even when the building is not in use and aimed at vitalizing the commercial activities in the region. The existing vegetation is enriched with additional trees at the entrance of the building.
