Toki public housing project located in Akgedik district of Manisa; green spaces, educational structures, places of worship, sports and playgrounds provide a variety that will create a synergy in which city life and housing complements are intertwined.
The project consists of 91 residential blocks and 1346 residences. There are 6 separate residential blocks throughout the project. It may vary depending on the presence of mosques, personnel offices or commercial functions within themselves.
